Leading Monarch Services was one of the many ways that Laura contributed positively to all who call Santa Cruz County home. Tragically, in the past ten months alone, our county has mourned four femicides that are known to be a result of domestic abuse. Additionally, our service numbers nearly doubled from 2019 to 2020 as the need for our services (specifically domestic violence-related services) has escalated significantly.
