Doug Fischer

As senior vice president at Santa Cruz County Bank, Doug Fischer specializes in business lending and oversees the business development team. Doug attended the University of California, Santa Barbara for his undergraduate work and Pacific Coast Banking School for his master’s level education. Doug is a third generation “Santa Cruzian” and is proud to work for an organization that is devoted to giving back to its community. Doug’s wife, Claudia, is a nurse and they have two adult children together named Kendall and Maikely. Fischer also serves
on the board of Watsonville Rotary and has served for nearly eight years as a CASA advocate.
