Monarch Services~Servicios Monarca is pleased to be expanding our DIRECT LEGAL ADVOCACY available for clients of Monarch Services. Monarch Services clients must be survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault or human trafficking. All services are free, and irrespective of immigration or income status.

Attorney Tanya Ridino will conduct a one-hour consultation and may assist thereafter, as needed, with (1) in pro per representation, (2) limited scope services, and (3) in very limited situations, full scope representation.

SUBJECT MATTERS to include:

Restraining Order Assistance – Domestic Violence, Elder Abuse and Workplace Violence

Family Law divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support

Immigration U visa, T visa, and VAWA applications for victims of crime

• Criminal Record Clearance

Teen Rights emancipations, dating violence, sealing juvenile records

• Childcare Safety Planning

Victim Rights Support through police interviews and court appearances, and assistance with confidentiality, being seen as SURVIVOR and not perpetrator, etc.
